Reach out to clients via email through the LookinBody Web cloud service. From quick follow ups to sending out copies of the result sheet, the email feature is a great tool to keep in contact. This step-by-step instruction will provide the setup process to a personal or business email from the LookinBody Web cloud service.


1. Login into the web portal (usa.lookinbody.com) using the administrator's account


2. Head into the Setup menu and select the option E-Mail Options under general settings


By default the InBody Account will be used


InBody Account - Selecting this option the account will send emails from NoReply@InBody.com email address. Please note that this is a non-monitored email, and email records are deleted on a regular basis. Customers replying back to this email will not receive a response. 


Custom Account - Selecting this option the account will send emails using a personal or business email address. This option is recommended as this will allow customers to know where the emails are coming from, and will allow them to respond back directly. 

 


The email feature can be setup with different emails as well. If email provider isn't listed here, please visit your provider's support page or internal IT team for more information. 


The email and chat feature available through the web service should not be used for marketing purposes. Please refer to your applicable territory's laws regarding SPAM restrictions.
