There may be instances where device was previously connecting but no longer does. This may be due to some interferences with the Bluetooth. Try one of the options below.
Disable Bluetooth - Disable mobile device's Bluetooth and enable back
If disabling mobile device Bluetooth does not resolve it, please try the next option
Disconnect registered device - Delete any devices that may be attached both from the InBody App as well as from your Bluetooth options and register the device once more
If disconnecting the registered device does not resolve it, please try the next option
Delete app - Try deleting the InBody app and reinstall
If deleting the app still does not resolve it, please reach out to app@inbody.com
