Our Recommendation page is intended for your facility to be able to offer/suggest a range of products/activities/nutrition to your clients based on the test results of your users.


These will need to be configured manually based on your team's knowledge of said recommendations.


If you would like to view/configure your current recommendations, please visit the 'Recommendation' tab


  1. Click on 'Go to Setup'
  2. Configurable 'Settings' and 'Products' are available for you to see


Adjusting Settings


  1. Selecting 'Edit' will allow you to view the associated products tied to certain Test Result Outputs
  2. You'll see that 'Cardio Step Together' is currently configured as a 'product' that is recommended to Increase SMM
    1. If you click on 'Add' it will provide you the option to add additional products already configured in the system that could be promoted to help with SMM increase


Adjusting Products

  1. If you select the 'Add' option, you are able to add additional Products/Activities/Recommendations to your existing list of items
    1. When using the individual option 'Add a product', you are able to configure the product details
    2. When using the bulk option 'Add in bulk', you are able to download an Excel Template to upload multiple items at once


Search Feature

  1. You are able to search from the main page to look at specific users by Name/ID/Mobile Number
    1. This will give the recommendation breakdown for this particular individual. Cardio Step Together that was recommended above to Increase SMM is shown here for this user. Other settings will reflect for other Test Outputs as well.
  2. Alternatively, you can search your Product List as well when trying to quickly delete or edit existing Products/Activities/Recommendations
    1. For example, if you wanted to delete 'Cardio Step Together'
      1. Search for the item -> Select the box on the left -> Select 'Delete'
      2. Select 'Delete' once more to confirm removal
