Our dashboard has a feature called Smart Member Management. These items will allow you to view members who fit certain parameters and follow up with them by sending either an email or push notifications to their InBody App.

Note that 'Members who need a follow up InBody Test for comparison' have 30 individuals that populate meeting the requirements noted in the caption (Member registered 2-6 months ago and 1 InBody Test)
By clicking on that row, we pull up another page where a list of users are generated for you.
By selecting the checkboxes for the users, you'll notice you are now given additional functions such as viewing these users in the member list or sending a push notification.
Here, we are selecting 'Send Push', this allows you to create a message template to be sent to your clients. Note in this particular instance, the system is noting that all three do NOT have the InBody App registered, and thus cannot be contacted via this method. You can switch between the available tabs and the system will let you know if certain users cannot be notified due to insufficient contact requirements.
If you needed to update the user details, you could exit out of the window and instead select 'View in Member List' to see the users selected.
