Issue
While using InBody Touch connected to the internet, the network is functioning normally, but a network error popup appears, preventing normal use of InBody Touch features.
Cause
InBody Touch connects to the internet to receive data from the InBody Server and display it. It uses SSL certificates to ensure data encryption and site security. This issue was identified as being caused by the time zone set on InBody Touch not matching the regional server’s time zone. When InBody Touch attempts to connect to the server, the server interprets the request as invalid due to the time mismatch, resulting in an error.
Resolution
- Ensure that the time and time zone settings on InBody Touch match the local region settings.
- Step 1: InBody Touch Settings → Basic Settings → “Date & Time” (Confirm that the configured time matches the local time).

- Step 2: InBody Touch Settings → Other Settings → Unlock and check OS time settings.

- For 24-inch models: Navigate to System → Date & Time → Select time zone (Ensure both the time and time zone match the local settings).

<System> <Data & Time> <Select time zone>
- For 43-inch models: Navigate to Date & Time → Select time zone (Ensure both the time and time zone match the local settings).

<Data & Time> <Select time zone>
