If the height entered during the InBody Test is different from the existing height stored in LookinBody, what is saved? Print

If your client has accidently entered in the wrong height:

We recommend deleting that particular result and have the customer re-test. Incorrect height will affect the results of the test.

If your client's height has changed and their profile information needs to be updated:

Before taking their test we recommend updating their profile information from the LookinBody Web portal (usa.lookinbody.com). If the client has tested already, their result will be saved in the Unsaved Result list. The client's test will need to be reviewed and updated before it can be saved and made available on the app. For more information please visit our guide here.
