This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to test from an InBody H20 device.
1. Open the InBody app.
2. Turn the H20 device on.
3. Press the Start Test button labeled H20.
During this time, the app will try and establish a connection with the H20 device.
Once connected, the app will ask for one more confirmation to start the test.
4. Press Yes.
5. Step on the H20 (facing the handle).
DO NOT GRAB THE HANDLE JUST YET!
6. Wait while the H20 captures weight.
7. Once captured, grab on to the handle and align the thumbs to the hand electrode.
8. Hold the handle with your arms straight out with the handle around waist level.
Test roughly takes 10-15 seconds.
