LookinBody FAQ

This guide is for our MDVIP Client's receiving their LookinBody120 software via download.

Please first check with your IT Personnel to ensure that your systems have the proper permissions to install such software.

1. Your team should receive a mailer including the physical USB Hard Lock Key that will only act as the license and bluetooth connectivity for your software. The installation files DO NOT come on here.
   
2. Please look for the file download URL that will come along with your shipment
3. It will take you to our Website to download our LookinBody120 software, please click download pictured below
   
4. Your download file will generally pop up on the top right, here we are using Google Chrome. Click on it and navigate to where you file has downloaded to.
   
5. Since this is downloaded as a Zipped file, we will need to unzip the file. Right click on the file and select 'Extract All'
   
   1. Alternatively, if you have issues installing still, please use '7zip' instead of the windows 'Extract All' feature
6. You will want to navigate to the 'setup.exe' file and right click. Select 'Run as administrator'
   *NOTE* You will want to be logged in as an ADMINISTRATOR during this step
   
   
7. In case you run into any of the following prompts, you can get past them
   1. Select 'More info' and then 'Run anyway' to bypass 
      
8. You'll have several prompts to click through during the installation process, please see them below:

   2. Make sure to connect your USB Hard Lock Key to your computer at this time:

   10. Once you select 'OK' your LookinBody120 software will automatically open
       
9. Once your LookinBody120 software is installed, a few more things to setup.
   1. Please activate your software with the included USB Hard Lock Key
      
   2.

   4. Please power on your InBody120 scale and select 'Next'
   5. Your scale will populate and you can click 'Next' to pair it
      
   6.

   8. On your first login, you will need to use the credentials Username: inbody, Password: 0000
   9. You will be prompted to update your login credentials
      
   10. Congratulations! You've successfully installed your LookinBody120 software
