If your InBody device is having problems getting online, Mobile Hotspot testing is a quick way to test on another separate network to rule out any special network configuration/hardware being incompatible with the InBody device.


Turn on your Mobile Hotspot from your phone and try to connect to it with your InBody device.

If you are able to get the Cloud Service enabled while on Mobile Hotspot, but Cloud Service fails when utilizing your own network, this is a sign that your network is not compatible for whatever reason.
