In order to transfer results from the InBody unit to the LookinBody Web service and InBody App, the unit must be both connected to the internet and logged in into your LookinBody Web account.
If the unit is disconnected or logged out from your account, you and your clients may experience issues where the result is unavailable.
Successfully connected units will have 2 status icons displayed on the main screen.
Wi-Fi icon (Left): Located on the top left, will indicate connection and signal strength.
Cloud icon (Right): Located on the top right, will indicate device login status.
A fully connected unit will display a cloud symbol with the letters "LB" in the cloud icon.
In cases where internet connection is lost, the InBody unit will try to reconnect and attempt to resync any unsent results, however this is only possible if the unit's cloud service was not disabled and/or the unit was not logged out from your account.
If the unit is restarted or if the cloud service is disabled, the InBody unit will no longer be able to automatically re-sync the results and a manual upload will need to be performed.
